TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

All children are capable of thriving and succeeding, given the tools and guidance. As an educator, I am committed to learning about each individual student so that I can support and nurture each child’s unique academic, social, and emotional needs. I work to create a caring, inclusive community of learners by embracing students’ individuality and celebrating their diversity so that every student feels valued and develops self-respect and respect for others. Only in a safe environment can students feel inspired to challenge themselves to take risks and think critically.
